The SUPERFOLD Automatic Paper Folding Machines of 'PGV-VF-DX Series' is equipped with a high-speed suction feeder, enabling it to handle coated and non-coated paper with ease and efficiency.
A basic six parallel folds' machine. Different types of parallel folds are possible by the combination of six folding pockets and five deflectors. Although six maximum folds are available, single, double or triple folds, etc. with different styles such as accordion fold, "U" fold, double parallel fold, uneven folds etc. are also possible with PGV-VF–DX-615.
The suction head feeds a single paper at a time. The belt drive coupled with thick end plate ensures the machine's smooth and low noise working. The cumbersome task of setting a new job is made easy with the availability of caliper setting and jogging mode. An ideally located display panel indicates the folded sheets, batch count and productivity information about an ongoing job. A rotary scoring (creasing) attachment is provided at the delivery end.
The "SUPERFOLD"- PGV-VF–DX-615 maintains its compatibility with vertical stacker and cross fold attachment. Its ergonomic design, user friendly operating panel, emergency stop, noise reduction hoods and paper jam detection feature, lets the operator handle the machine with greater ease. |
