The "SUPERFOLD" PGV is equipped with a high-speed suction head with rotary feeder, enabling it to handle a wide range of paper with ease and efficiency.
The belt drive coupled with thick end plates ensures the machine's smooth and low noise working. The cumbersome task of setting a new job is made easy with the availability of caliper setting and jogging mode. An ideally located display panel indicates the folded sheets, batch count and productivity information about an ongoing job.
The "SUPERFOLD"-PGV maintains its compatibility with vertical stacker. A combination of four parallel and four vertical (cross) folds is possible with this model. Two machines are arranged in a particular way so as to facilitate parallel and cross folds in a single operation.
This model can also be utilized for parallel folding by detaching the second machine which is required for cross folds.
Its ergonomic design, user friendly operating panel, emergency stop, optional noise reduction hoods and paper jam detection feature, lets the operator handle the machine with greater ease. |
