The "SUPERFOLD" PGV is equipped with a high speed friction feeder enabling it to handle a wide range of paper with ease and efficiency.
A basic, six parallel folds' machine. Different types of parallel folds are possible by the combination of six folding pockets and five deflectors. Although six maximum folds are availabel, single, double or triple folds ,etc. with different styles such as accordion fold, "U" fold, double parallel fold, uneven folds etc. are also possible with PGV - FF - 615.
The friction feeder feeds a single paper at a time. Paper settings are easy to understand. A rotary scoring (creasing) attachment is provided at the delivery end.
The belt drive coupled with thick end plates ensures the machine's smooth and low noise working. The cumbersome task of setting a new job is made easy with the availability of caliper setting and jogging mode.
The "SUPERFOLD"-PGV maintains its compatibility with optional vertical stacker.
Its ergonomic design, user friendly operating panel, emergency stop, optional noise reduction hoods and paper jam detection feature, lets the operator handle the machine with greater ease. |
